Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to subscriptions to BlendMod services from FTSC Consulting.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@blendmod.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. You are responsible for cancelling before a renewal date to avoid the next charge.
2. Refunds
- Recurring subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods after a renewal.
- We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit — for example for a duplicate charge or a documented service failure. Contact us within 14 days of the charge.
- Any free trial or promotional period, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
3. Downloadable software
Access to the on-premise BlendMod application is tied to an active per-seat subscription. If the subscription lapses, the application enters a read-only state per the EULA; subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except as stated above.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any billing issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
